1 private meditation training session

The aim of this one-on-one session is to bring a greater awareness to your practice whether you are a first time beginner or regular meditator. However, this session is tailored to your needs and requirements and to explore how mindfulness (whether breathing, walking, or working through body sensations) can bring inner stillness, calm and clarity into your life.

This session will be held in the dedicated quiet meditation room in the centre – no materials will be necessary.
